Orzo Cheesy Bake

For cheese lovers EVERYWHERE. This recipe makes ONE portion and is FIT and RIDICULOUSLY easy to make. You will LOVE this (if you like garlic and cheese lol)

Ingredients

  • 25 g Dried Orzo Pasta
  • 24 g Sundried Tomatoes drained
  • 30 g Garlic Boursin Cheese
  • 30 g Philli Cheese any flavour
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Granules
  • 1 Stock Cube Chicken or Veg
  • 1 Handful Fresh Spinach tinned or frozen will work too
  • 20 g Cheddar Cheese grated

Instructions

  • Dissolve your stock cube in 150ml of water, leave to one side. Drain your sun dried tomatoes and chop roughly. Grate your cheese.
  • Spray a a small oven dish with some spray oil then add your orzo. Sprinkle your garlic granules over the top, season with salt and pepper.Add your chopped sundried tomatoes and sprinkle your boursin over as well.
  • Now add the stock liquid and then pop in the oven for 15 minutes (increase this to 25 minutes if you have changed this recipe to 2 portions (therefore using 300ml of water for the stock)
  • Now remove from the oven and add your roughly chopped spinach together with your philli, stir through and then sprinkle your cheese on top.
  • Back in the oven for around 15 mins until pasta is cooked and cheese on top is golden and OH ENJOY!!!!
