A very quick dish to make with intense flavour. I have used Rump Steak but you can choose any cut you like, and use quorn too.

Ingredients
150gRump Steak
25gStilton Cheese
0.5Yellow Pepper
0.5Brown Onion
1CloveFresh Garlic
1TeaspoonDried Rosemary
Instructions
Slice your steak really thinly, slice your pepper, slice your onion, chop your garlic.
Add 20 sprays of oil to a wok or large pan, heat for TWO MINUTES then add your peppers, onion, garlic and rosemary.
Stir continuously for around 3 minutes until they have coloured, then remove to your plate. make sure you have got every last bit out of your wok.
Now add another 20 sprays of oil to your wok, back on a high heat and heat for 1 minute. Then add your steak and season with plenty of salt and pepper.
Cook quickly to your liking, maximum 2 minutes but stir regularly. Then add your Stilton. Toss through quickly and then serve on top of your pepper and onion mix and enjoy!
