A Little Sun

by | Apr 16, 2018

So this week we have seen the sunshine (most of us) and it has done one of two things.

  1. Made you rejoice that over the winter you have been dieting, steady away, losing the weight and improving how you look. you are going to be ready for the summer, you feel more confident, happier in your clothes and can’t wait for your holiday and all the social events coming your way.
  2. Or the complete opposite, and you wish you had been dieting instead of dawdling along.

Now this isn’t designed to be a negative post about what you should have done, this is telling you what you need to do now. If you are option 2, or indeed still have a little way to go to be ready then you need to listen up!

There are still over 10 weeks to go before we hit Summer properly. I know that doesn’t sound like a long time if you have not been properly dieting over the winter but it is STILL long enough to make a massive difference.

In 10 weeks you could lose (depending on lots of different factors) between 15lbs and 30lbs. Thats a bucket load of weight and would completely change your summer for you, completely!

But you can’t hang around now. It’s Friday, you can’t afford to ‘wait until Monday’, you don’t have a day to waste. Whatever your plans are for this weekend, adapt them. If you can’t adapt them then make sure your choices are good and accommodate your diet (and regardless of what your plans are you can make it work).

  • No one forces you to eat rubbish food
  • No one forces you to drink the alcohol
  • No one forces you to throw all responsibility to the wind and eat with abandon

YOU are still in control, and if this bit of sunshine has made you realise that it’s time to get serious, then get serious.

Believe me, HUGE THINGS can be achieved in 10 weeks, HUGE, but you have to start now, not Monday, not Sunday after your meal on Saturday, NOW!

Step up your game, treat this responsibly and get a result. It isn’t for ever but believe me the Summer will be a long one if you are constantly worrying about what to wear, how you look, feeling uncomfortable and waking up each morning with regrets.
