
Chicken Pizza Bake
2 mins to throw together and unbelievable flavour. You can replace the chicken with Quorn or Turkey and this recipe makes TWO PORTIONS!

Ingredients
- 300 g Lean Chicken Breast
- 12 Slices Pepperoni
- 75 g Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Puree
- Italian Mixed Herbs
- 1 Jar Pizza Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C. Gather all your ingredients together.
- Butterfly your chicken breasts, taking care not to cut all the way through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Smear your garlic puree between the two breasts
- Now add 2 or 3 pepperoni slices on each breast and a little mozzarella (not a lot), add a little herbs (saving some for later)
- Carefully close the breasts up and place in an ovenproof dish (excuse the third breast in my pic, that was for my lad lol).
- Now pour your cold pizza sauce over the top, make sure ALL the chicken is covered, then cover with your remaining mozzarella cheese, top with the remaining pepperoni and then sprinkle with herbs!
- Pop in the oven, bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!

The pizza sauce jar wants to be around 300g in weight
