Pizza Thins

Simple and quick to make, this recipe makes TWO PORTIONS and you can add any vegetables you like on these (I just used peppers). Please ONLY use the tearing Mozzarella, not the pre-grated stuff.

Ingredients

  • 2 Thins
  • 40 g Pepperoni
  • 4 Teaspoon Pizza Sauce
  • 100 g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 50 g Ham
  • Fresh Basil
  • Vegetables

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180 Degrees. Tear your Mozzarella into small strips. Cut your ham into little strips (I used wafer thin ham).
  • Open out your thins and place a heaped teaspoon of pizza sauce on each one and spread out right to the edges. Then add some basil and vegetables.
  • Then top with your meat (ham and pepperoni) and then spread your Mozzarella evenly out between the 4 of sides.
  • Pop in the oven for 15 minutes (I made more than 2 portions in this picture). When cooke d remove from the oven, and serve!

Notes

You can replace the fresh basil with dried if you wish.
