Servings: 1 Portion
Ingredients
- 130 g Raw Salmon
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- 0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Puree
- 10 g Butter
- 1 Lime
Instructions
- Pre Heat your oven to 180 degrees C.
- Take you lime and cut 4 decent sized slices in it, but leave enough at the end as we need some of the juice. Set the slices and lime to one side.
- In a bowl, add your butter and then nuke for 5 seconds until it has fully melted, Then add in your garlic puree, honey and a small squeeze of the fresh lime. Whisk it all together until fully mixed.
- Now, take a piece of silver foil, large enough to line a small ovenproof dish (turn the edges upwards so as to create a boat that your juices will not escape from), then place your lime slices in and sit your salmon on top.
- Now pour over your butter and honey mix, over the top of the salmon.
- Bake in the oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes, sprinkled with some dried parsley if you wish.
- Once cooked serve with your vegetables or salad and if you have any sauce left over, pour over the top and enjoy!
