Servings: 1 Portion
Ingredients
- 1 Warburton Thin
- 1 Flat Mushrooms
- Fresh Tomato
- 2 Walls Skinless Sausages
- 1 Medium Eggs
- 3 Rashers Thin Sliced Bacon (12 in a pack)
- 1 Dessertspoon Tomato Ketchup or Brown Sauce
Instructions
- Gather all of your ingredients together, slice your tomato into as many as you wish and whatever thickness you fancy! Put your grill on full to heat up.
- Onto a grill tray add your bacon, sausages, mushroom, and tomato.
- Pop under the grill (don't have it too close to the elements or the bacon will spit everywhere, smoke alarms will go off, you get the picture. Keep about 2 inches between the heat source and the food.
- While they are under the grill cook your egg. You can boil, poach, scramble or fry. When cooked leave to one side to rest)
- Now build your butty. Start with your thin (you can toast this if you like) and then add your grilled tomatoes and mushroom (do not put the mushroom on first as it will make the bread too soggy)
- Then add your egg...
- Then your bacon and sausage. Top with a dessertspoon of either ketchup or brown sauce
- Pop the other half of the thin on and you are good to go. Remember though you can have unlimited veg and salad with this, personally I would add another mushroom to go at the top.
Notes
- The bacon wants to be weighing in total around 85g uncooked.
- You may cook the egg however you wish but if frying use minimal oil and pat dry afterwards
- You may add unlimited amounts of tomato and mushroom to this, so fill your boots
- The Walls Skinless Sausages are the same ones we use in the BREAKFAST CREATOR or you can use 3 HECK Chicken Italia if you have them in from other recipes.
- You can replace the sausages with 2 standard Quorn Sausages (not special edition ones) and the bacon can be replaced with 2 Quorn bacon rashers.
